Our stuff lasts.

Superior guarantees all products sold directly, or by Superior Authorized Dealers to be free of factory defects in material or craftsmanship. 

  1. All claims must include a proof of purchase that clearly identifies the dealer and purchase date. 
  2. Warranties apply only to Superior products purchased from Authorized Superior Dealers and are valid for the original buyer only.
  3. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, shattered lenses, scratches from improper storage or abuse. 
  4. If an issue occurs during shipping, (the product arrives in a subpar state, broken, or otherwise defected during transport) our warranty/return policy will cover this. 

Claim Process

If you feel a product has a manufacturer’s defect, please drop us a message, or reach out directly at sales@superiorgoggles.com 

We will contact you within 3 business days to let you know if your claim was approved, denied or requires inspection.

If your claim is approved, you must send the defective product back to our warehouse. We will email you a shipping label to return the defective product. Upon our receipt of the defective product, we will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price.

If your claim requires inspection, you must send the product to our warranty center. You must pay shipping costs to send the product to us for inspection. If your claim is approved after inspection, we will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price. We will also reimburse your shipping costs to send the product in for inspection with valid shipping receipt. If your claim is denied after inspection, but you want the product returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the product back to you.

If your claim is denied, but you feel the claim is valid, you may request an inspection at our warranty center. You must pay shipping costs to send the product in for inspection. If your claim is approved after inspection, we will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price. We will also reimburse your shipping costs to send the product in for inspection with valid shipping receipt. If your claim is denied after inspection, but you want the product returned, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs as well as those to send the product back to you.

Non-Warranty Situations

We get it, we've destroyed our fair share outdoor equipment. If you have broken, severely scratched, destroyed or otherwise demolished any of our products, and would like a replacement, we will work with you (the original buyer) to provide a replacement at a discounted rate. We don't want to leave you hanging! 

Legal BS

Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk. In no event shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.
